What is 944online's return policy?


Customer must notify 944online, within 24 hours after receipt of each shipment, any shortage, wrong parts, damage, and loss of products delivered. If damage or loss of merchandise has resulted from handling during transportation, you must make a claim directly with the delivery carrier. All products to be returned must have a copy of the original invoice issued by 944online and must be shipped prepaid within 30 days of receipt of the order.

All returned products must be accompanied by the original invoice or pick pack and be unused, resalable (unless damaged or defective) and still in the original, undamaged package and purchased within the last 30 days.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns received directly from 3rd parties may be returned to sender at customer's cost. Returns will be accepted only from the customer directly.

 944online will accept no returns on electrical products, special order items, and tools, except for warranty replacement. 

Customer is subject to a 15% restocking fee for returns resulting from customer error.

Defective items will be replaced or credited. 944online does not guarantee products that become defective due to improper installation or improper use. 944online return policy does not apply to competition or off road use.

Please note that we can refund shipping fees only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item, but the original and return shipping fee will not be refunded. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.
