This is  the hardware  that mounts  the transmission to the torque tube 

this kit for all 87/ 88 944s and all 89 to 94 944s2 and its to re mount the factory muffler 

if your steering column is lose and wobbles around  this could be the cause  after 35 years  the plastic support bushing falls apart  we sell the bushing  - the special washer and  the  cir clip all in a kit
