the upper hose on the 82 and some of the 83 cars had a bleeder nipple built right into the hose

ere is the standard 83 to 85/1 hose kit and include the water neck WITH the bleeder in it for the later type
cars the water neck is a good used one and it will come with a new gasket ,new hardware and a new bleeder valve and seal
