2 are needed per car if you can feel a groove with your fingers these need to be replaced

This kit comes with the plastic plug -- yes I know yours is missing !!!!

This is for the old original water pump on engines thru 1986if you have the new updated pump it takes a larger roller and guide bar,if your not sure give us a call
