this is the upper bushing thats INSIDE the shifter fits onto the upper part of the gear lever and holds it tight inside the shifter

this rubber bushing fits onto the gear shift lever and holds it tight inside the shift knob assy

< This is found on top of your torque tube directly under the shifter> < its made of foam rubber , and is there to stop noise and smeels from coming into the cabin > < usually when the tube is replace , or the clutch is replaced this item...
