New and Genuine Porsche. This is the oil feed seal that is found in the upper balance shaft cover on a 1986 944 Turbo only. It is highly recomended to replace this seal if you have an 1986 944 Turbo to avoid starving your turbocharger of oil.

This is the dowel pin found between the cylinder head and cam tower on your 944.  there are two of these one on either end of the cylinder head and they hold the cam housing in place
